Full Professor Daria Karasalihovic Sedlar
Dr. Daria Karasalihovic Sedlar, director of Petroleum Engineering Summer School (PESS) from 2014 graduated at the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering of the University of Zagreb in 2000. She obtained PhD in Technical Sciences at the same Faculty in 2007. From 2000 to 2008 she had been working as teaching assistant at Faculty of Mining Geology and Petroleum Engineering, from 2008 she worked as Assistant Professor, since 2012 she have been teaching as Associate Professor, and from 2019 as full professor. She is coauthor of two book’s and more than 40 scientific papers on petroleum economics and natural gas management. She was researcher in different projects of energy economics, natural gas management and development strategies. She was involved in a number of projects and consulting for the energy sector of Croatia and environmental impact studies in petroleum industry and energy sector.
